LAS VEGAS– Krista Whitley is an entrepreneurial unicorn. She has successfully started many businesses. And, she was smart and talented enough to translate that success into building an industry powerhouse.
Bella CBD was born out of necessity in Whitley’s kitchen. When her daughter, Bella, suffered from eczema to the point that steroidal medications no longer worked, Whitley sought homeopathic remedies and looked into CBD. Her daughter has been eczema-free for over five years, thanks to the power of CBD and the Crema Elegante formulation Whitley concocted. From that one product, she grew Celebrate Bella CBD into a full brand with many CBD-infused beauty products. Celebrate Bella is now known simply as Bella CBD.
Eventually, Whitley would create Social Media Unicorn to help the underserved Cannabis industry’s marketing and sales agency needs. When no one else ventured to take on Cannabis clients, Whitley carved herself a niche and took the social media world by storm.
Whitley also blazed a trail as the founder of Altitude Products, creating the award-winning Weekend Box. She started Altitude Products as a single mother from her living room couch. In 2018, Altitude Products/The Weekend Box was named the Most Innovative Company by the Cannabis Business Awards. Altitude Products was also named one of the Top Cannabis Leaders by Green Entrepreneur Magazine in 2018.
Never one to rest on her laurels, Whitley founded her latest company, CBDCaring, featuring multiple CBD brands with zero THC in their formulations. CBDCaring.com carries products with premium CBD isolate from American-grown industrial hemp. Comfort Cream, one of the products from Wellness 1937 sold on CBDCaring.com, was featured on Healthline’s Top Ten Lotions, Creams and Topicals list.
By May 2019, she was named number 21 of 30 on the Cannabis Business Executive’s Power Women List.
“I am happiest solving problems,” Whitley said. ” I love a good challenge that seems insurmountable until you conquer it.”
